EC Meeting concerning Spiritual Retreat & Combine X'mas on 18 AUG 2008

This year, 2008 PMCF Retreat is something different than previous years. The Retreat itself embraces a very meaningful word "Spiritual". The Program takes remarkably three-days long time. Below is the proposed order and items of the whole program.

Upon the arrival at Sea Park Beach Resort: Grouping and Relax
7:00- 8:00 AM: Breakfast
8:00- 9:00 AM: Orientation and Opening Service
9:00: 12 NN : Outdoor games and Swimming
12:00 - 1:00 PM : Lunch
1:00 - 3:00 PM : Indoor games
3:00 PM : Departure from Sea Park Beach Resort
5:00 PM : Arrival at Baguio City
5:00-5:30 PM : Fellowship and Dinner
6: 30- 7:30 PM : Evening Worship Service with Union International Church
7:30- 8 PM : Orientation for rules and regulation in relating to the accommodation Rest & good night

Day Two/December 24

6:00- 7:00 AM : Personal Devotion Time ( Psalm 46)
7:00- 8:00 AM : Breakfast with Myanmar Embassy Family
8:00- 8:30 AM : On the way to ICC
8:30- 8:45 AM : Break
8:45- 10:00 AM : Opening Worship Service and Praise and Worship and learning of PMCF song
10:00- 12: 00 NN: Individual Prayer Time according to the schedule
12: 00- 1:00 PM : Lunch and fellowship
1:00-1:30 PM : Gathering songs
1:30- 2: 30 PM : Sharing in the groups
2:30- 2: 45 PM : Break time
2:45- 3: 45 PM : Group report
3: 45- 4: 30 PM : Lecture on Spirituality
4:30- 5: 00 PM : Reflection and Closing Prayer
5:00- 6: 00 PM : Going back to PBTS and relax
